Say "Crisped Quinoa" five times fast! . . . Yasso, the last of the Greek froyo companies (that I know about), has these new chocolate dipped bars this year. I recommend letting them temper before biting in to them as the froyo can be quite solid. Coating is pretty cool looking. . #newfor2020 #greekfroyo #yasso #chocolatedipped #quinoa https://www.instagram.com/p/CECxjQtlbMK/?igshid=1k7lo5fgcypxt

Indulge in these delightful chocolate dipped tahini cookies that are not only vegan and gluten-free but also packed with nutty and chocolaty flavors. The creamy tahini blends perfectly with the richness of the dairy-free chocolate, making these cookies a truly decadent treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/2 cup tahini. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp baking soda. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms. Fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips into the cookie dough. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, spacing the balls a few inches apart. Use a fork to gently flatten each cookie ball and create a crisscross pattern on top. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dairy-free chocolate chips in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until fully melted. Dip half of each cooled cookie into the melted chocolate and place it back on the parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to set. You can place the cookies in the refrigerator for quicker setting. Once the chocolate is set, your Chocolate Dipped Tahini Cookies are ready to enjoy!
