Ingredients: 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped. 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped. 1 cup white chocolate, chopped. 2 cups heavy cream. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 4 eggs, separated. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs. Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish.
Instructions: In separate heatproof bowls, melt dark, milk, and white chocolates using a double boiler or microwave. Allow to cool slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy. Stir in the melted dark chocolate and vanilla extract. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
