Re-do. This first batch was too bitter, owing to working with those single origin Davao dark chocolates, that was darker than the usual tsokolate we use for champorado. This morning I added an additional cup of milk with 8 tbsps of rolled oats plus about two tablespoons of muscovado, to the original mixture of one cup milk, half cup water and 12 tbsps oats, and I think I might have gotten it right.
