‘The Royal Masquerade has got be the most disappointing new books after ATV. It started off so good with a pretty good villain, but went downhill real quick. you don’t understand how many times i’ve replayed this book mygod, i wished it had like at least a spin-off (a christmas spin-off or smtg) nsjdjddjjd i’m so sad.
plz i think this is my 8th playthrough of TRM ughhh they’re just so beautiful, probably my favorite pairing of all time, i’m just a sucker for forbidden romance, royalty/knight, longing, pining & yearning, especially regency/period sapphic pairings. throw those tropes at me & i’m deceased.
a runner-up for favorite choices pairing has to be my guinevere/lancelot bc again. princess & sworn knight. my guilty pleasure.
