And for my own amusement and a personal challenge for you, the random prompt of randomness: "Why are we/you whispering?" with either Kurotsuchi/Gaara or Kurotsuchi/Chojuro (and yes, before you ask, I kind of actually ship both)

I mean, these are far, far from the weirdest ships I’ve ever heard of. So you won’t find any judgment here.

“I really like you,” Chojuro said to her - well, he whispered it really - and Kurotsuchi looked over at the shy, sharp-toothed boy (man, really, but he was being extra cute right now so boy seemed more fitting).

“Why are we whispering?” she asked, a sharp grin on her face which only grew wider when she saw the interesting shades that were spreading across his cheeks; Chojuro had an adorable blush and it was all too easy to elicit one. 

“I was half-hoping you wouldn’t hear,” he mumbled; Kurotsuchi couldn’t help it, she had to let herself laugh before she could kiss him and put the poor boy out of his misery.
