His insatiable cravings that seemed to only show themselves when the temperatures dropped. He sorts through the dorm freezer, hoping that someone might've been hiding some away ( He'd replace it later for sure. Maybe. ...Probably not ). No luck. “...Damn,” he grumbles, letting out a long, low sigh before reaching for his padded jacket. The stomach wants what it wants. ...And he'd already blown his delivery fee budget this week. Snack run it is.
He wandered from convenience store to convenience store, none of which seemed to have any of his favorites. He was starting to regret being so picky, almost opting to settle on something else entirely when a neon sign catches his eye. With most of his face well hidden behind a knitted scarf, he peers into the window of a nearby ice cream shop. He glances at the hours listed, relieved to see he still had at least ten minutes to grab a quick scoop.
The greeting bell welcomes him in, the place practically empty aside from a few employees preparing for close. He starts to rush over when sight of a familiar face gives him pause, a smirk tugging at the corners of his lips. Another employee moves to the register prepared to give some generic greeting with a somewhat exasperated smile.
Byeongkwan brushes them off with a wave of his hand, “Oh no, I want her to help me.” He points at the employee with her back turned, busying herself with some inventory behind the counter. “You gonna take my order or what?” he adds, leaning forward to drum his fingers against the counter in feigned impatience.
