Authors Note: I wanted to do something for the one year anniversary of the finale episode of the Legend of Korra and Korrasami’s canonization. So I thought I’d give you guys a sneak peak of a song from my Korrasami 8 mile/Empire AU off of Korra’s Mixtape: Light In The Dark. Its called Spirit World.

Credit: I wanted to give credit to chongthenomad who gave me the idea for Asami’s back story along with giving me additional info I would need to help write it this story in the near future.

I recommend listening to the instrumental while reading. (x) The original song to this instrumental as well as the Hook is by Jaden Smith. So Credit for that goes to him and his producers. No copyright infringement is intended. Again the hook is not my lyrics only the first and second verse.
