Happy day today - more people learning about the compassion of orcas through orcas called stumpy!

Which I’m going to start referring to (and tagging) the three stumpys separately to save confusion but not through Id’s as people forget numbers easy

1st, Stumpy (Monetary Bay Orca, Male) will be referred to as ‘Chop fin’ (for ref he has no disability just missing half a dorsal)

2nd Stumpy - (Norwegian Orca Female) will be referred to as Baby-stumpy (Due to growth abnormalities as she is the smallest not due to age, Suffered injuries to Left side ribcage, spine and dorsal in boat collision age 1<)

3rd Stumpy (South African Orca (presumed male)) Juvie-Stumpy (missing left pectoral and dorsal- injuries presumed environmental not accident)

Stumpy Fact #7.5 The orca sighted off south africa (the one with no pectorals or dorsal) has also been dubbed 'Stumpy' in a new article (i would link but its a download and i know people can be iffy about instant-downloads) That means there is now 3 swimming around with the name. So to recap (in age order)  Stumpy 1 (Male transient orca also known as ‘Chopfin’ (CA217) who lives around Monterey Bay, California.) Stumpy 2 (Female orca from the Norwiegan fjords X163 - this blogs inspiration) Stumpy 3 (Male orca from port elizabeth south africa )
