Ingredients: 1 lb ground chorizo sausage. 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Mayonnaise. Ketchup. Mustard.
Instructions: Put the ground chorizo sausage, ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Make 4 burger patties of the same size out of the mixture. Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready. The burger patties should be grilled or cooked for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of cooking. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are just barely browned. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun of each burger. Then add a burger patty with melted cheese, lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onion. Put ketchup and mustard on the top bun, and then put it on top of the burger. Take a bite of your hot Chorizo Burgers and enjoy!
