For a backyard barbecue, these Grilled Steakhouse BBQ Burgers are great. BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese give them a lot of flavor, and they're juicy. What a tasty treat for burger fans!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup minced onion. 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Tomato slices. Red onion slices. Pickles.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, minced onion, grated cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates to prevent sticking. Place the burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve the Grilled Steakhouse BBQ Burgers hot and enjoy!
