Zep had been taking a patrol shift out in this part of the snowy terrain. Blizzard was frustratingly fierce, but that was somewhat necessary to hinder the enemy from coming in full force at the border. In this part of the no-man’s land, Zep wasn’t sure what to expect but... when seeing a young man staggering about in the snow about several meters away from him, Zep couldn’t really believe his eyes… Where’d he come from? Why was he out here?… Was he friend or foe-

A soft explosive noise of a cannon was heard in the distance. Something bright shot straight up into the sky and over to-

“Oh shi-- Hey get out of there!!!” yelled out Zep as he immediately leapt from the ground, vanishing at great speeds and reappearing to tackle and grab the brunette from the spot. Seconds later that bright projectile object made of magical energies and star-like properties collided with the ground and blew a sizable dirt crater.

Zep stopped to catch his breath as he rolled over on his side before looking at the other. “O-Oi.. are you okay?”

♛— “When does he ever not send monsters our way really.” Sora grunted, sighing heavily, resting both hands to his knees. He shakes his head as the teen smacks both cheeks, pepping himself up. “No matter! Hade’s is a joke! He can throw as many of them as he wants. Will take them all out!” Sora proclaimed. In that moment, the brunette almost loses his balance.

                    ✣ 「 ヴェン」 ❦❧ ─  “Point taken...” Rubbing the back of his head, it’s always monsters one second to the next the moment the bad guys decided they needed to get rid of Keyblade wielders for some reason. Sora had it much more harder than Ven though... granted, the brunet is the hero saving the day and all, the blond was hardly remembered at all. “Sure he can throw as many of them as he can but,” pointing to Hercules, “You want to be like Herc over there? Overworking yourself to exhaustion--- whoa!” And in time caught the younger boy in his arms as he falls, but falls onto the blond’s chest and form. “See?” Sighing out.

                  “Sora, take a break. If you are tired, please say you’re tired, okay?” there’s nothing wrong in being honest, and admit their physical limitation. They weren’t machines... and even machine breaks if overworked. “How about a nap?”

Riku... was sick.

He prided himself on his powerful immune system; when everyone at school was sick, Riku never got the bug. His whole family could catch the flu and Riku wouldn't get it.

How he'd picked up a cold, he had no idea, but he was pissed.

It took him a long time to swallow his pride, but when he finally did, it was in the form of a text message. Squinting at the screen in the darkness of his room, he'd typed out a message to Sora.

"Dude, I feel like hell. Can you come over?"

♛— The teen laid there motionless, only able to open his eyes slightly to see his love point the void gear toward him. Sora could see that the other was completely distraught, his expression full of fear and hesitation. The raven was right though. The pain would only become more intense as the darkness would consume him entirely, becoming another one of Xehanort’s vessels. In that moment he recalled the last time it occurred, Riku was able to break the brunette out of it by defeating Ventus’s nightmare possessed armor through his dreams.

Sora spoke, his voice a little hoarse as he gave Vanitas a smile. “..I-It’ss okay…d-do wh-hat you hav-ve t-to do..love…”

The teen closed his eyes, the dark mist continuing to poor out of his heart, trails of darkness forming its way up his neck.

Vanitas nodded slowly and then pointed Void Gear at the other’s chest. Taking a deep, shaky breath, Vanitas narrowed his eyes as he channeled his magic into the tip of the blade. The magic begins to gather up in the tip of the blade and it’s about to shoot out when Vanitas is suddenly violently yanked away from Sora. His eyes widened as he drops Sora and Void Gear.

Two pairs of arms pull him away from Sora and Vanitas lets out a growl, fighting back against the arms. He looks over his shoulder to see two people dressed in the signature Organization cloak holding him back. Vanitas growls loudly and struggles against their grip as he cries out desperately. “Let me go! Let me go you bastards! Take me instead! Leave him alone!”

“I wouldn’t worry about that...because you’ll both be coming with us.” Another voice called out and Vanitas looked up to see another hooded member appear out of a corridor. The Organization member stood over Sora. “We’ll finally have our thirteenth vessel...and our x-blade wielder. Sora...and Vanitas...the last two pieces of the puzzle...”

“Wh-What the fuck are you talking about?! Sta-Stay away from him!” Vanitas shouts, fighting against the two members.

The pink genie panted as she held the bags she was carrying around the corner, trying to avoid the sudden attacks of heartless! 

All she was trying to do was run a simple errand for her father!  And why didn’t she take the staff with her like Whisp always advised her to?

She wondered how long would she have to hide away until she heard... unusual sounds following with the familiar sounds of the heartless being disposed of! 

Afterwards... was just silence... Gigi figured that must mean the coast was clear. Slowly, she came out of the corner in hopes to avoid anymore confrontations, but saw a staff pointed towards her!

Skylie looked very scared. The 4 1/4 inch albino slipped into what she had believed to be an unoccupied room in Twilight Town. Strange monsters had been up and about, and the child was looking for a safer place to stay until she could find her brother. The borrower had already ran from several of the monsters that day, and was exhausted.

But lo and behold, she was not alone in the room. There was a human in the room as well. Too tired to run, too tired to hide, the 10-year-old borrower stood there and stared at him, eyes huge. And looking ready to cry.
