Update: Trip Cosplay

I was bouncing around the idea of either Trip (DMMd) or Touka (Tokyo Ghoul) for a while now. I was really interested in Touka's Kagune and how to make it all light up and pretty. But... With amazing turn of events~ I got a group going for Morphine :)

We have our Aoba, Hersha (If he can make it), Welter/Berta, Virus, and my contribution as Trip~ (for SacAnime Winter 2015)

Trip Progress:

I designed a pattern online and ordered it. It should be "similar" to the actual Trip/Virus plaid. Swear to god that plaid is one of the hardest things to find!! But yea, Just placed my order today! 11/17/2014~ woooo~

Also just ordered wigs to style & dress-shirt.

Already have the shoes, and base for the earrings~ It's all coming together! 

But now... its time for finals prep so #drowning

Thoughts?

So I keep my personal life and cosplay life completely separate due to several reasons. Lately, I've noticed that if I do type in my irl name into google, it links to my deviantart. 

To remedy this, I have two options:

A) Keep Old Account - Delete tags leading to my name. Delete photos linking to my name. Get membership for a month and change URL.

B) Get New Account -  Start from scratch with new URL. Transfer and Upload all images from old account to new. 

I want to keep my old account because I've built on it for over 8 years. It's kind of hard to just let it go. However, changing URL and  deleting tags, won't change the fact that Google still links my name to that account. If I get a new account, I can get the URL i want for free. Start fresh again. Google can't link my irl name to that account. 

So, I'm not too sure what to do. Or which is more preferable. Or if there is anyway that I can get off the grid on google. 

Thoughts?

New Journey

Long text post ahoy!

I literally have 10 drafts regarding this, and saved to post after AX 2014 - but never did. It didn't feel right at that time. Now is time. I guess, I'll start off with, "Thank you." 

Thank you for following me throughout the years of my cosplay journey. I was on-and-off for the first 3 years and became quite into it just this past year. I met so many inspirational individuals and they never cease to amaze me!!

I'm starting a new journey in my life which means I'm going to be "semi" off-grid regarding cosplay for 3 years. DON'T PANIC JUST YET. I wont be able to be as active in the community, but for now, the planned cons I will be attending is: ALA '15 and Fanime '15 (maybe for a day or two for both). Other than that - I can't really say.

This past year, I made 5-8 new cosplays which I only wore once. I adore all these characters, so instead of making more new stuff , I'm going to give more loving to the characters I currently have. :3

TWO EXCEPTIONS: *A secret Cosplay* and Bellydancer Fem!Trip (Re: Connect). Yup, part of Koujackie's bellydancer DMMd crew! I'm so excited!!

Basically, I work on the weekends, and I'll be full time student in the next 2 weeks, so Its going to be busy!! I got into my DREAM school - so I can't let this chance go!!

But yea, gonna leave this here. In case people wonder why I'm inactive lately. XD

Thursday: Heroine from Amnesia [Otome Game]. Will be attending the 1PM Amnesia Gathering~

Friday:  Fem!Noiz from DMMd~ I really wanted to bring Aoba, but… its the hottest time of the summer - so I’m really afraid. XD

Saturday: Gijinka Monomi from SDR2. Will be attending the meet-up at 10AM and gathering as well~

Sunday: Nonon from Kill la Kill — her Gold & White 3-Star Uniform~

Will you be going to AX, Anon? :D If so, hope to see you there~

TTnTT cos gods please hear my prayers

SO.... my secret surprise for my Aoba Cosplay ... just got destroyed *weeps

I spent days-weeks figuring it out and suddenly ruined because of superglue... SUPERGLUE WHY???

Just gunna roll up in a ball and cry.

Remaking the whole thing right now (with finals on Day 0 of Fanime), i'm stressed haha~ If I finish it, I will bask in the fields of daisies~

星期五- DMMd 的Aoba Seragaki跟KC当Noiz。我已经捉了半半天Aoba的夹克。很难哦~ 我绝的。哈哈~可是我也蛮喜欢那个“脑” 的图案。说以都还可以~。我还有他的包包要做和style他的发型。太忙了！！

(P.S. 我有一个surprise跟我的cos哦~！要看看就要找我吧~）

星期六 - 我又呆了Shugo Chara的Amu Hinamori~ ballshrimp 会当Rima Mashiro.

星期天- Inu x Boku SS的Ririchiyo Shirakin跟KC当Soushi Miketsukami。其实，去年我已经想要当 Riri 了。 可是加法买错了。可惜~TTnTT ~ 不过~今年就可也了哦~

星期一- 哟当DMMd的Aoba Seragaki。如果 jincity13 有空，他会当我的哥哥，Sei。

*casually buys skeleton tights and gloves. Yup! Sei, my body is ready!

I wanted someone to be my twin brother. But I'm 4'9" and everyone would tower over me. So came up with a brilliant idea. I will be my OWN twin! haha plus his clothes are super casual and I already have, so i can't wait!
