This a really powerful film series, both in giving lengthy screen time to individuals and communities affected by gentrification, and for giving a sense of the time scale involved and showing the very human faces of developers and policy makers. It is about a neighborhood in Pittsburgh called East Liberty (and being re-branded as “East Side”). Fuck East Side.
