It's so ass backwards... When you kill someone it should be on you to prove "beyond a reasonable doubt" that they posed a danger to you, and not on the other side to prove that you were in no danger... There is more proof needed to CHARGE a cop for murder (not even convict, just bring to court to determine if they're guilty) than to commit murder in the first place
