@mokusai hey I’m still really sorry I mixed up the characters you asked about!! I did make some concept art for Chris now as well as a few ideas

Chris is another character I don’t really have any theories for since we see so little of him, but I do have some concepts based off of what we do know.

in this au, Chris (I’m thinking of naming him Fernstripe because he has green eyes and i gave him tabby markings, but I don’t know yet) is your average warrior in BurgerClan, but is friends with Brian (since Brian mentions him telling him stories in the first tape, I assume that they may have been friends in canon) and often meets him at the border near where the Twolegs live. this is how Brian ended up on Clan territory in the first place when Hareclaw killed him

he often talks to Brian about Clan drama and his concerns, especially with how things have been since Widestar and his kits disappeared. Brian finds it interesting, and wants to know more about Clan life. previously, he considered seeing if he could join the Clan, but because of recent events of course, Fernstripe advises him not to.

a concept I was mentally playing around with is whether or not Fernstripe ends up being the one to find Brian’s body. it would make sense, considering Brian would be found around where he meets up with Fernstripe, but seeing as in canon Brian is declared a missing person, he may have never been found.

or maybe he’s found and buried by Fernstripe, and he’s considered missing by the kittypets.

another idea is like to consider is Fernstripe being a sort of collective mentor over the Showstoppers—after they join the Clan, Fernstripe is the one to help them get accustomed to Clan life, teach them Clan traditions, hunting and fighting techniques, etc. this idea is bouncing off the fact that 1) since he told Brian about the rumors, it’s also possible that he was a mentor to him, so he may mentor the Showstoppers in this au and 2) in canon he was depicted as moving the animatronics into the moving van, so he may canonly have some experience with them.
