Borrowed the equipment at @alkemistenkaffe and had a fun little session playing with espresso! Each cup is 5 seconds apart, and the middle one is the full 28 seconds. First cup is super thick and salty. Last one is very diluted and dry. Middle one is almost a perfect single shot.
