(requested by @evilweezer)
i would really love for people to learn the difference between egotistical, vain, self absorbed, self centred, selfish, arrogant, entitled, narcissistic (subclinical), and narcissistic (clinical) like really i would LOVE for people to know the meaning of fucking words.
Hi. Please do not trust witches on the internet to give you medical advice.
for some reason like up until i was 16 or so I thought it was rarer to have siblings than not . Apparently only ~20% of the population is only children tho
Some Sansa/Lyanna parallels that make me physically ILL:
First off, their lives being ruined by blonde products of incest. Say what you want about Rhaegar but you have to admit he did ruin Lyanna’s life (given that he assisted in the process to end it)(and she was FOURTEEN). That’s not even touching all the ways Joffrey ruined Sansa’s life, but she did not come out of King’s Landing the same girl she went in as.
Sansa initially wanting nothing more than to leave Winterfell and go South to find a knight like the songs. Lyanna wanting nothing but to not marry South, to a man Ned described as a “maiden’s dream.”
Multiple times they were both described as being sensitive (Lyanna crying at Rhaegar’s song)(Sansa and her fairytales). Along with both enjoying flowers to some extent where Ned notices it.
They were both girls trapped alone with older, stronger and crueler men. The kingsguard purportedly did not do anything to Lyanna but there is a constant under current of knowledge that she couldn’t fight them off if they wished her harm. Sansa was trapped under the constant threat of physical harm, of rape and abuse. They both knew that they were fundamentally powerless to do anything if it came to it.
In the duration of their capture their father and brother(s) died. Rickard and Brandon died in an attempt to recover Lyanna through proper channels. Ned died due to his own folly and Robb during the war he started to recover Sansa.
They both had a debatably legitimate marriage to a much older and powerful man. Rhaegar was already married and whilst there was a precedent that occurred when Targaryen possessed Dragons they no longer do, and by any metric in this patriarchal society Lyanna was not her own to give. Sansa married Tyrion whilst she was a political prisoner, arguably Tywin had no right to have her married, she was the only concrete heir to the North, that should have saved her. It did raise some eyebrows (if I remember correctly).
They make me SICK (also lends to my theory that Sansa acts the most like Ned).
jax having gangle drive instead of him in ep2.... Jax sitting in his car in ep4..... the imagery of gangle getting hit by a car with very bright lights that same episode...... jax drinking in ep5....... the flashes of the real world having a 'children at play' sign AND a speed limit sign........ those flashes are in a neighborhood then it switches to in the woods for SOME reason.......... the last flash of the real world having bright lights at the end of the road................ jax did you hit a kid with your car or did you get hit by a car as a kid or WHAT. WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING
