Today....for me and may be you

Another day to start again...I get to days when I don't feel like doing the right things (heck, many times). Sometimes, I start good but don't finish good on some days and I feel like throwing in the towel. 

But when I think of who I am in God and all the power He has given me and I see all you people (His beautiful creatures!!), I tell myself "I can do this" and I start over again. God has started a good work in me and no matter how long it looks like its taking, He will complete His work perfectly. 

I am going to be a better wife, mom,student, colleague and everything God wants me to be. I may have fallen so many times but I am not going to stay down. I am moving...keep moving baby!! yea!! I feel like screaming but I am in the office..lol

I am resuming my C25K tonight, week 6 day 3 to be precise and also catch up with my #fallintoyoga (watch out guys!)..might be tough but not impossible to complete. I love my journey to being a great me.

WEEK 4

I just started week 4 of C25K and it was good....after I was done. Boi, I panted through out the second half of the race. May be it was because I was moving from running 3 minutes at once to 5 minutes or it was because that was the second 3 mile in the day... I don't know.

I will be going in for another shot this evening. I hope it will be easier this time. Amen. It was so tough yesterday that I could not take any pictures. My new kicks did not reduce the impact, at all. lol

I love running because it makes me a runner, it makes me happy, it makes me breathe deeply (pant too!) and make me pray to God to help me. Seriously, I pray (not lament) when running. It is a sweet sweet thing to do.
