I found that trying to stay off of tumblr due to depression never works out, you can’t just immediately stop using something you like. I tend to use it less when I’m happier, actually
oh well yeah that makes sense it's just that i would waste so much time on here and with college apps and tons of work to do it would make me really stressed out and then i started having panic attacks and eventually i stopped caring about everything so i decided basically to focus more on things like college apps and all that so that maybe i would feel less nervous about things but i still felt like shit and it kind of ended badly ._.

basically my anxiety and depression was starting to come back and sitting on tumblr was not helping it at all so i decided to stay away from it and try to sort my life out (IT WAS RATHER UNSUCCESSFUL) but whatever for right now i'm feeling alright so here i am
