Except we know that Dean isnt locked in the bunker, awaiting his hourly dose of blood- he's out and about and he's Sam's BROTHER and he's EVIL. So, it follows (to me) that Dean's gonna use innocents as meatshields between them - requiring nothing less than Sam hurting them in order to do what he feels is right - stopping Dean, whether by cure or kill. Dean's a DEMON, and a demon's highest pleasure is corrupting others - you think Sam should be totally immune to that when it comes from Dean?
thats the most optimistic prediction for sam going “dark” that i’ve read yet, but from the preview it doesn’t look like thats the case
with the preview and Dean saying "I know what you did when you were looking for me"—this implies that they aren’t around each other. it implies that Sam is doing questionable things simply to get to Dean, let alone once he actually gets near him and is able to see what Dean has done first hand
I do think sam would know better by now than to be drawn in by the corruption of a demon, even if it is Dean
