White Teeth (2002)
I had this waiting on my to-watch list for nearly a decade. I don’t regret waiting because I wanted to read the book beforehand.
It’s based on the Zadie Smith novel of the same name and it’s one of my favorite books read in recent years and I recommend it to anyone.
The series, however, while very faithfull and well done, but the quality is really low and adding to that there’s a lot of young actors (including James McAvoy) with very little experience.
Luckily for us, the story can hold it’s own.
The highlight is definitely a young Naomie Harris who funny enough is almost the same age as the young cast but she is on an entirely different level.
