नई दिल्ली: प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी आज (गुरुवार) रात आठ बजे देश को संबोधित करेंगे। वह कोरोना वायरस के मुद्दे पर देशवासियों को संबोधित करेंगे। ऐसे में तरह-तरह की अटकलें लगाई जा रही हैं। दुनिया भर में फैले इस वायरस की वजह से भयानक महामारी देखने को मिल रही है। इस वायरस के संक्रमण की वजह से अकेले इटली में बुधवार को 450 से अधिक लोगों की मौत हो गई है। यही वजह है कि भारत जैसे सघन जनसंख्या वाले देश में कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आज शाम में लोगों को संबोधित करने का फैसला किया है। पीएम मोदी के इस फैसले में नेशनल इमरजेंसी व लॉकडाउन की घोषणा की अटकलें लगाईं जा रही हैं। इससे पहले भी नोटबंदी व स्पेश मिसाइल लांच करने के समय भी पीएम मोदी ने देश को संबोधित किया था। ऐसे में आइये जानते है कि लॉकडाउन क्या है?

लॉकडाउन की घोषणा या कुछ और? देश में कोरोना वायरस से संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या 168 हो गई है। एक्सपर्ट संक्रमित लोगों की संख्या में भारी वृद्धि का अनुमान लगा रहे हैं, यही नहीं विशेषज्ञ सरकार को यही सलाह दे रही है कि लोगों से अपने घरों में रहने की अपील की जाए। ऐसे में लॉकडाउन की घोषणा के माध्यम से पीएम मोदी लोगों से दूर रहने, भीड़ वाले इलाकों में ना जाने की अपील कर सकते हैं।
