Life update 4 months after Corona virus.
It is currently a few months after I had contracted coronavirus. Update so far the things I can do right now are being able to run a 10K. I’m able to ride my bike for 30 miles and able to get back to some type of weightlifting and training. Symptoms wise I continue to have some insomnia along with some anxiety.
