after watching suicide squad with friend yesterday we took a nap together and i woke up with huge puffy hair she was so happy bout it she even took a picture

Sometimes I mark where Bal’s eyes should be looking by giving him pupils. I just left them in this time because I’m lazy af for fun

Just a couple of fluff drawings from this month

All of these guys look peaceful when they’re dozing off but they’ve all got their weird sleeping habits. Chuah drools, Lani snores pretty loudly and Bal sometimes sleeps with his eyes open.

They have to adjust their sleep schedule based on where they are. When they visit Lani and Chuah’s hometown, Bal has to try to get used to a diurnal schedule though he just ends up napping at different times of the day.  

And when they get back to Ediba country they have to adjust to a nocturnal schedule again. Lani and Chuah usually end up falling asleep during the middle of the night in different places around Bal’s estate. He gets used to it eventually. 

Also, Chuah probably has the worst sleeping habits. He’ll go for days without sleeping and then just pass out once he’s finished whatever it is he’s working on.

Kid!AU with Bal, Lani, and Chuah

Bal’s first time visiting Lani and Chuah’s hometown. He has to visit the main city regularly for diplomatic reasons but generally these guys aren’t welcome in this nation.

Anyway, Lani and Chuah are from a small border town and there aren’t many monsters passing through since they don’t really play a significant role in Ediba relations. Bal decides that while he’s visiting the main city he might as well bring Chuah and Lani along. They both want to visit their families and they end up leaving Bal on his own.

He tries to be patient and waits around for a bit but inevitably he starts to attract a lot of attention. After a crowd forms, he decides he’s had enough and he starts searching for them so they can leave.

Bal’s obviously a bit uncomfortable with all the unwanted attention but he’s also cooking in his formal attire.

New OC sketch dump. His name’s Chuah and he’s not really that new. When I was coming up with characters, he was Bal’s right hand man and Lani was initially his love interest. But Lani turned out to be a more interesting character so I decided to have her be Bal’s second in command. Chuah still works for Bal, but he’s more like his advisor.

Also he’s not Lani’s love interest anymore. They seemed cute together until I realized the only thing they have in common is their background. They bond over that but they never really form a romantic relationship.

And that last panel is from The Bold And the Beautiful ( it’s the only show thats on during my lunch break at work) The last episode was so freaking ridiculous. They basically said this only it was about ice cream…
