She diys a spidey boogeysand that lets her shoot black webs, gives her agility, and super strength. One day, she saves Howleen from something. Howleen doesn't know it was Twyla who saves her so they gush to her abt it. I just think Twyla makes too much sense as a Spiderghoul (moreso using aliases Bunspider/Dreamspider) bc bun is always lurking in the shadows and observing her surroundings. Plus obviously she can be a yapper and an awkward jokester sometimes lol. Howleen is basically her MJ! Twyla's father's existence and his boogeysand implies the existence of a Sandman kinda like how there's Sandman throughout the spiderverse. She's got access to a shit ton of boogeysand and who knows what other chemicals and things. I feel like she's obviously got some relation to Hypnos (god of dreams) and gets an Arachne blessing at some point. Wydowna catches Twyla trying to shoot her black webs and climbing and offers pointers and makes bun a mask to help keep her identity a secret. She has a lot of dreams that overlap with others' dreams and this gives her clues of something afoot! Twyla hops in and out of the dream/shadow pockets and realms and helps many beings along the way! Sometimes ghouls will even see her webs in their dreams or in the waking world going into shadows or springing from the shadows.
