so I started watching Between to fill the void left by Veronica Mars and I’ve already finished it (relatively short seasons) and it was kinda meh

anyway I just wanted to say:

Chuck I love you and you’re perfect and I’m so sorry for everything that happened to you.

Oh reformed asshole jocks there’s just something about y’all. Not to mention the fucking tragedy they put him through. it’s just episode after episode of trauma until literally everyone he loves dies or leaves, he realizes he has a baby brother and then they’re separated again for 6 months

I still root for the Creekers over Chuck and his goons.

In spite of Ronnie, the Creekers have done nothing to warrant Chuck’;s previous actions against them. Actions that include constantly trying to kill them and harming them based off of false premises and shitty evidence.

Even with Ronnie, Chuck still had no reason for the above since he had no basis for the idea that Ronnie is rapey and murdery. However, he does know that his beliefs that the Creekers killed someone or burnt down a kitchen were completely false and, ergo, the actions he took in response to that belief (e.g. trying to kill them) was wrong. Despite that, he never once reconsiders how he treats the Creekers, sincerely apologizes to them, or tones down his homicidal tactics against them.

I’m annoyed that the one action (i.e. killing Amanda) the Creekers actually committed (that Chuck will try to kill them for) happened since I hate Chuck and never want his entitled, homicidal ass to ever be legitimately justified.

For someone who is so set on keeping order, Chuck Lott is the main one causing all the dysfunction, conflict, and violence on this damn show.

I can’t stand snobby, entitled rich douchebags like him. I really need for him to get the shit beat out of him and, preferably, permanently humbled in some way.
