In life chuckles is chaotic neutral, but with his untimely demise he becomes Chaotic Evil.
He was literally just a bard who liked clowning around.
Favorite color was orange, but changed to red with blood, hatred, and wine
He died his hair, he was going grey
he’s at least 10 years Kremy’s senior.

Chuckles has 4 ex wives. Ex is a loose term since 2 of them he ‘widowed’
Chuckles name was once Charles Humphrey Jr. (I can’t tell you why, i don’t know either)
