birthday headcanons :3

Vie enjoys a quiet celebration. At least, as quiet as it can be with how big her family is and how rowdy Canach can be. She celebrates at home in the Grove, usually at night. They have a small picnic on one of the outer islands where she and Malomedies often go to stargaze. You can see the Moon Drop at midnight from there.

Fiadh loves it loud. A big moot, all towards celebrating her! Drink, food, yelling, the whole shebang! Give her a moot and have the skalds sing of what she's endured to get this far!

Romeo still prefers to celebrate privately. He's grown to really enjoy spending the night in the royal gardens with his loves, after a day spent almost ignoring the fact that it's his birthday. He doesn't like it being a big deal.

Twussa has really stopped celebrating herself. The sylvari she’s treating like to get her a few little things on the day, and her nieces insist she has at least a cupcake. But herself? She’s fine with the day passing by.

Ciara is used to the massive celebration of her siblings. It’s always a big celebration in her family, as big as the family itself is. Twenty siblings and cousins leads to that… And she loves having her papas’ attention for a day!

Farah likes a day hunting with their mother. Sayeh usually takes them off for a hunt early in the morning, they spend the whole day out and return at nightfall. Where the rest of their family has prepared the rest of the celebration. They don’t actually know when their birthday is, so they celebrate the day they were adopted.

✂️ - What kind of thing would have your OC cut someone out of their life? How likely are they to let someone back in?

Treo is a little more "hard" about people to let in than his sister is. Which doesn't really mean anything when they're conjoined. It takes them both agreeing to it to cut someone out. That said, actively trying to thwart Joko or even rebel against him? Absolutely. After their Father's death, and they're actually on their own... That extends to anyone cruel to Awakened. Treo is incredibly unlikely to allow someone back in, though he might if his twin does.

As for Ciara, falling to Nightmare comes to mind, as well as being cruel to saplings or even her siblings or cousins. Mocking her papa, as well. She's softhearted and will likely let someone back in with just an apology. She's bad at actually cutting people out.

🌋 - What’s your OCs temper like? Are they a slow boil, or an instant explosion?

Treo has an explosive temper- yet not a short fuse. He can withstand a surprising amount for his personality, but when you finally chip him down, what happens is deadly.

Ciara is well known for being the kindest of Kahedins' seedlings. She takes ages to get angry at someone.

💬 - Is your OC much of a talker? Do they only speak when spoken to? (Or not even then?) Do they ever talk over others?

Treo often chats with his sister, though when it comes to other people, he was well trained to speak only when spoken to, when they're nobles. Otherwise, he's a chatterbox. Always going on and on about how great Joko is, and how fantastic he and Srea are.

Ciara is really quiet. Even compared to Conri, the most quiet of the Radiant Raven seedlings, she is quiet. She more enjoys peoplewatching... Which yes, she has been told to stop. She will not.

C. Cute: What is something your OC finds cute/endearing about another character?

Eamon loves seeing his siblings’ bonds with their twin or triplet. Despite being one of the youngest, he thinks it’s adorable that they can silently communicate.

E. Easygoing: When with other people, does your OC tend to go with the flow, or be the leader? Why? Are there any people they behave differently around?

Ciara lets her siblings take the lead, no matter if the older twins are there or not. She doesn’t like leading.

F. Forgiveness: Has your OC ever been betrayed by someone they trusted? If so, who? Did they forgive this person?

Daithi once had a warden under his command, whom he trusted, trick him that a sapling was in danger. He ended up leading a small troop into an ambush by Courtiers, the “sapling” was even one of them. In the confusion, that warden ended up dead. He never really thought about forgiving them since then.

Ciara Corbeau is the third oldest of the Radiant Raven seedlings! She’s a revenant who was nearly captured by the court when she was born, she was the first and one of the only single seedlings Aengus carried. She’s an adorable excitable pastel bean baby, roughly based on foxglove flowers. She’s a very skilled shaper too, and loves making little sculptures with her abilities.

Heilean, I’ve talked a bit about before, but she’s Trahearne’s older twin. Only by a few moments, but oddly, she seems more like a Night bloom than a Dusk bloom. She has an odd blend of personality from all four cycles, and if a sylvari were to push, they’d sense underlying remorse, though no one’s ever been able to figure out why. Many sylvari don’t even know the real reason why she looks so much like Trahearne, nor which generation she comes from.

Kynean is a very special sylvari! Born connected to two Dreams of Dreams, as the seedling of Malyck, Laranthir, Rosalus, and Naomh, he’s often got a lot of conflicting information flooding into him. He has a hard time filtering it out sometimes to understand what’s happening, but he’s doing his best to at least try. His connection to the second Dream has to be kept secret from the Nightmare Court for... Pretty obvious reasons.
