If you’re looking to ogle colorful GameBoy game packaging, you’ve come to the right place!

The GB game in question, by the way, is Nangoku Shounen Papuwa-kun: Ganmadan no Yabou. It’s a weird little puzzler made by a company called Daft and published by Enix.

It was released in 1994. Considering it’s based on a popular manga series from the early 1990s, it probably shouldn’t be surprising to hear it never left Japan.

Well, it’s #CIBSunday again. You know what that means: it’s time to share a photo of a complete-in-box copy of some video game or other.

This week, I’m going with Jaleco’s Pizza Pop! By most accounts, it’s not a great game. I quite like it, though, thanks to its colorful graphics and old-school platforming gameplay.

The focus of this week’s #CIBSunday contribution is Hudson’s Binary Land for Famicom. It’s a pretty fitting Valentine’s Day pick, don’t you think? I mean, just look at those lovebirds on the box cover. 

Sure, it could be argued they’re *too* wrapped up in their affection for one another--they’re completely oblivious to the spider and lightning bolt behind them as a result--but who hasn’t done something stupid because of love?
