We’ve been fans of Austrian producer CID RIM ever since we encountered his stunning remix of CHVRCHES’ Recover what feels like eons ago. That love affair continues now that he’s given Kroy’s Learn a superb official remix treatment. The Montreal artist’s wispy enchanting, gently stuttering pop gets a finespun re-work that favor’s the original’s emotive introspection. Lissome clattering percussion and dreamy trickling texture make CID RIM’s remix an entrancingly hypnagogic experience.
