Reuqets: Could you do Lucifer ot Ciel with an s/o who has insomnia? Like they can stay awake for days at a time for get very little sleep?

Insomnia would be no stranger to Ciel.
Surely "certain things" would have also caused him a lot of trouble sleeping. ಠ_ಠ
However, it wouldn't be quite the same thing.
Ciel noticed your insomnia very quickly.
You didn't stay still in bed, instead you rolled around.
Ciel also heard from your breathing that you couldn't sleep peacefully.
Usually your sleepy breathing will lull him to sleep.
However, now it really didn't happen.
Fortunately, insomnia was somewhat of a well-known problem in those days.
Ciel would try to get you some help.
He would be concerned about your well-being.
Ciel would make sure you got some rest.
During the insomnia period, you would not need to do anything.
You could just focus on trying to sleep.
If Ciel could do anything to help you he surely would.
Ciel really cares about you.
