A few quick photos of the new batch of out Trinity VICE line of cigar infused chocolate truffles! :D This batch is made with @santadomenicapuros ONYX Cadets cigars. Santa Domenica Puros is a new brand out of Bellevue WA with harvest and roll production in the Dominican Republic. The ganache is made by infusing the ONYX cigars into organic cream, then combined with our 60%+ Colombina semi sweet dark chocolate and the last of our specially aged dark Jamaican rum 4+6, so 10 years! enrobed in a specially formulated Moretta Dark Chocolate at 79% and topped with either Peril seeds, chocolate coffee flakes or just plain Satin.
