I am quite worried actually because their old 3DS game called … Home Town Story?? was very terrible. I hope this one becomes a good game.
Hometown Story? That was made by a different company than the original creator of Harvest Moon. Marvelous is the company that actually made the original Harvest Moon games (all the way up to A New Beginning, I think), but Natsume actually has the rights to the name “Harvest Moon” in the US and after that they cut ties with Marvelous for some reason and kept the name, apparently. Any Harvest Moon game after ANB is just a crappy knockoff Natsume is using to get easy money out of old fans who don’t know better.
If you want to get good HM games, look for the ones called Story of Seasons. That one is the continuation of the old, good HM games.
