When I think of #cinammon, I immediately think of warm and sugary sticky buns. Being the #NCfair just happened, I still have a lot of junk foods on my mind, none more so than that infamous #KrispyKremeBurger. This is my version. The #CinnabunBurger Started cinnamon buns from scratch, half-baked in oven until dough rised significantly, then I throw them suckers onto a griddle to crispen for that added 'crunch' in the bites. Next, cinnamon and apple just goes together, naturally, so I whipped up a cinnamon brown sugar habanero apple chutney... ...which goes very well with the chorizo burger patties, complimented with fresh sweet basil leaves!
