Ingredients: 2 cups heavy cream. 1 cup whole milk. 3/4 cup granulated sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/2 cup chopped cinnamon rolls store-bought or homemade.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the last few minutes of churning, add chopped cinnamon rolls into the ice cream maker. Once churned to desired consistency, transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Serve scoops of cinnamon roll ice cream and enjoy!
