Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Twists These delightful cinnamon sugar pretzel twists are a sweet and crunchy treat perfect for snacking or sharing. Easy to make and irresistibly tasty, they promise to satisfy your sweet tooth. Ingredients - 1 bag (12 ounces) thick pretzel sticks - ½ cup butter melted and cooled slightly - 1 egg white - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Instructions Preheat your oven to 350° Fahrenheit. In a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter using medium/low power in the microwave. Once melted, let it cool slightly. While the butter is cooling, separate the egg white from the yolk, setting the yolk aside for another use. In the bowl with the melted butter, whisk in the egg white and vanilla extract. Set this mixture aside. In a separate medium bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, whisking them together. Set aside. Place the pretzel sticks into a one-gallon zip-top bag and pour the butter mixture over them. Gently shake and mix the bag to ensure all pretzels are coated with the butter. Next, add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the bag and shake gently, mixing until all pretzels are well coated with the cinnamon sugar. Spread the coated pretzels in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, stirring them halfway through to ensure even baking. Once done, remove the pretzel twists from the oven and stir them immediately to prevent sticking as they cool. Allow the pretzels to cool completely before enjoying.
