Circe who wants to help Annabeth unlock what she sees as her true potential, to help her be the happiest she can be. Annabeth who yearns to prove herself to Athena, to show her that she isn’t a failure. Toxic manipulative situationship where the manipulatior is totally convinced that they’re helping the manipulated and doesn’t even realize they’re a manipulator at all. How is there not more circebeth shippers in the world.
