Tell me stories about your day

Well today wasn’t special by any sense of the word, I woke up and pretty much played video games from 2-midnight. But yesterday I went to the toronto general hospital ‘cause all this past week I’ve been having ominous and terrifying chest pain, so my momma came down from home and brought me and it was a really eye opening experience. It was super fall (’cause it was a friday) and hey had to put me in a crash room (? I think they call it?) and legit the walls were lined with just drawers labeled with medical things like different meds and syringes and tubes and all sorts of things it was so cool. anyway I had two ecgs, bloodwork, and x-rays done and apparently nothing’s wrong so that’s cool so it’s likely just severe muscle strain or something? but I don’t think I had ever had an ecg done before then so that was a relatively cool experience. The most interesting part was seeing how everything functioned like one big hive of people all busy going this way and that and every single person has a part to play that’s so important.

Crush story! Tell me about a crush

Oh god, hmm, well, I had a crush on this guy most of the way through highschool, he was funny, an excellent musician, really good looking and funny, thing was he didn’t like me back (surprise surprise) now normally I would be cool with that, I’d be cool all over that, people have preferences, I get that, thing was, over the course of the 4 years we were in highschool he successfully managed to ask out every one of my female friends. It was just a real kick in the stomach though. Unfortunately in our last year he had a bit of a mental breakdown and ended up having to drop out and finish his schooling after, but we hung out and talked for a while afterwards given everything, we haven’t really talked for about a year now but I still think of him from time to time or see something and it’ll trigger a memory. I honestly wish him all the happiness, he was just a genuinely really decent guy, ya know?
