Hello! Can I request Ciri x Witcher!reader ficlet if there still space. Apparently Witchers from the School of the Bear could actually turn themselves into Werebears (kind of like Werewolfs) but remained in control. Maybe Ciri and reader are being attacked by a large group and the reader transforms to save themselves and Ciri. What does Ciri thinks seeing them change, and when they transform back to human?

Same as with the other anon, I don’t know Ciri too well (I haven’t played the game she’s in and I don’t feel like I’m familiar enough with her from the show) so I could write this as a gif imagine instead if you don’t mind. Sure, thank you for requesting! Again, I’m a bit rusty about this fandom since I read the books a while back and I’ve only played the first game, but I’ll do my best :)

Ciri:

The two of you had been talking about this for a while

You’re important to Ciri, and so are Geralt and Yennefer

They’re like her parents, and she wants you to meet them

They have also heard a lot about you and are curious

So Ciri finally takes you to meet them, and you’re kind of nervous

You have also heard a lot about them

Geralt is a witcher, and he’s very protective of Ciri

Not to mention strong and somewhat cold

And Yennefer also has a strong personality, and she has powers

Ciri tries to calm you down saying that it won’t be so bad

When you finally meet them it’s not as bad as you imagined for sure

Geralt is still a bit cold and doesn’t talk much, but Yennefer is kind of nice

She acts friendly towards you and takes an interest in your life

Geralt eyes you warily, analyzing you

You know that, as Ciri’s ‘father’, he thinks no one will be ever good enough for her

But you try to show them how much you love Ciri

She helps a little too by complimenting you

And bragging a little about your abilities

He’s impressed that you can fight

And even asks you to spar to see your level of skill

Both Geralt and Yennifer ask you a lot of questions

Especially Yennefer, even though hers are friendly and personal

Like ‘what are you interested in’ or ‘how did you and Ciri meet?’

Geralt’s are kind of dark and grave

Like ‘what would you do to protect Ciri’

She complains about them, for two reasons

One, they’re terrorizing you with the interrogatory

And two, she can take care of herself anyway

In the end you have said all the rights answers, though

They don’t explicitly say it, but you have their blessing

The moment they saw you they knew, really

They saaw the love in your eyes as you looked at Ciri

And that was enough for them already
