Citra 7 IPA / Saint Archer Brewing (San Diego, CA) アイダホ7という新種のホップとシトラホップを使ったIPA。めっちゃくちゃジューシーな柑橘アロマがバッシバシ効いていてテイストもとにかくジューシー。苦味はやや強めで少々ボディは重いが、フィニッシュのキレがかなり感じられ爽快感はある。抜群にうまい！というわけではないがかなりいける。

Saint Archer’s Citra 7 IPA (Picked up at Trader Joe’s). A 3 of 4. A great looking orange color to this, and this smells wonderful. Some great light fruit notes and citrus qualities on a relatively light body. More than many others, the fruit tastes fresh and juicy up front in this, which is quite nice. A bit more resinous/earthy bitterness in the finish, but this remains relatively relaxed on the palate, especially for an IPA.
