His hand is warm in yours and you can’t get over the smile on his lips and the twinkle in his eyes. This is Jason Todd, after all and yet here he is downright giddy over the fact that he’s within eye shot of Wonder Woman.
It had been speculated of course that she would make an appearance at her own feature film and though Jason has met her before he can’t help but be excited. “Yeah but I’ve never met her while I was a civilian.” he tells you when you ask.
A crowd flocks around her while others take their seats.
“Well,” you nudge, “You didn’t carry around that toy shield for nothing. Go ask her to sign it, I’ll get us seats.”
He looks at you, face beaming and gives you a quick kiss.
“You’re the best.”
“I know,”
