(this is more of a theoretical timeline, so don’t take it too seriously)
I’ll start off by saying I don’t know where to put the Randsoware video. I’m not familiar with the website at the beginning. it might not even be real. it looks old but it’s a crappy Minecraft game and there’s plenty of those and it’s also probably not even haunted so it doesn’t really count.
Ok first in the time line is the birthday video
Weird to start with the most dubiously canon video, but its canon to me. The program layout really dates the video in a 2000s way. The game segment reminds me of that windows maze screensaver, which came with Windows 95 in 1995. Also the epic face became really popular in 2007 so it isn’t too far out of scope for it to be around the late 2000s and early 2010s.
This is probably the beginning of entities that communicate through the internet and have a physical presence in the real world. This is based off a personal headcannon and literally nothing else.
Up next is Awesomeg and hungry
This one is next as in Awesomeg’s disappearance happened after the birthday program but the analysis obviously happens later in the future. I’m not sure how long but at least a few years in the future.
Awesomeg’s disappearance most likely happens some time between the 22nd and 29th of September 2011. This is because he plays the Beta 1.9 Prerelease, which debuted on September 22, 2011. He isn’t playing Beta 1.9 Prerelease 2, which would have shown up on his gameplay. Unfortunately I don’t know how updating Minecraft would work this early in its development, so he could have been playing for longer and just never bother with updating his file.
Hungry appears in this one, but not much lore is dropped about him. Only that it’s always hungry and it can interact in both Minecraft and the real world. It’s intelligent, if the fact that Awesomeg’s body is never found is anything to go by. This is most likely emphasis that Hungry has been around for a while.
Morbuis’s analysis comes way later in the time line, so I’ll talk about it later.
Up next: ZanderX400, Souler, Kevin, and the friend
Zander’s video definitely takes place after Awesomeg goes missing. There are dark oak trees in Zander’s spawn, which were only added to Minecraft Java in October 25, 2013. There’s not much else I can say about this version right now
This is the earliest chronological appearance of Souler. He literally just shows up and that’s it. This is most likely an emphasis of how long it’s been around.
This is also most likely the first appearance of Kevin. The channel this was “originally” from was called BigKVids, and Kevin usually addresses himself as Big Kevin. Even his Minecraft handle is I_AM_BIG_KEVIN. Also in “Minecraft arg but the call Kevin”, Kevin does recognize Souler, and even mentions Zander.
I’m assuming he doesn’t know what Zander’s friend was called. All we know is that they were probably in the same age range as Zander and Souler got to them first.
After that is obviously the Minecraft Gameband video
Not much to say about this but it does confirm that this device, that was released in November 15 of 2014, was in possession of Zander before his demise. So he was probably playing Minecraft 1.8 at the earliest.
Next is the og of the series
I know it’s weird. I actually had to reorganize this part after I was almost finished. Anyways this one is next mainly because of the red sky that shows up after he leaves the grid world. The red sky is a Strictly Satan trait from what I’ve seen. So he’s not captured by Kevin yet.
Same goes for the gridworld, I also don’t really have much to say about it besides this being the first appearance of the cancer being
The second “Minecraft ARG but the protagonist is tired” would go here but I have a limit on how many videos I can put on one post. Luckily I don’t think there’s much to say about it timeline wise

These next two are probably interchangeable but Next is Kevin
Kevin is playing on version 1.12.2. I found this out by his main menu that he shows off while talking about the anti virus that protects him from Satan. So this takes place in late 2017 - early 2018.
This is also the last we’ll probably see of Satan, as he does get captured to have his code tampered with.
Up next is Arg but Gun
This video was really interesting as it has mods that are on version 1.12.2 according to Oneshef’s community post. This means that this also takes place in late 2017 - early 2018.
Next is Andre(W) and Assimilation
This episode take place in 2018, on the 20th of an unknown month. I can conclude this by the chat (specifically xx_E-G-O_xx) clips that happened during the video. I don’t know if I’m reading them right, as I’ve never used twitch.
Next is Morbuis’s analysis
I think the analysis is definitely sometime after 2013 if the acacia wood in the parkour in the background is anything to go by. Minecraft parkour videos as backgrounds started getting popular in the 2020s so we have a really wide range to work with. I do personally believe this is in the 2020s, idk why I just do
Anyways that’s all I got. This will definitely be added to in the future as more episodes get released. I also wouldn’t mind people adding things that I definitely missed :,)
