I'm 100% with you though, I personally think the game is a bit of a rip off by releasing their episodes and its rly not that gr8. People shouldnt be hating on you for your opinion either
My biggest issue with it was the fact that it’s being sold as a ‘game’ when it’s a visual novel at best, it doesn’t even have any QTE’s like Until Dawn does. Which is what actually made Until Dawn feel like a game whereas while I was ‘playing’ Life is Strange, I felt more like I was listening to someone read aloud one of those pick your own adventure books from the 90′s. But I’m allowed to think that, just like other people are allowed to think LiS is amazing. That’s the beauty of choice, which ironically is a huge part of LiS.

I couldn't het through the first episode either. :/ You are not alone.
I got through the first episode, but was like, are you kidding me!? Where’s the game part!? Also the writing felt really awkward, like, freshmen year English class awkward.
