Clara’s ears twitched at hearing her name, and blinking she looked up while letting out a muffled meow. While stretching her body, her eyes focused on Katey and she let out a louder meow as a greeting.
“Hi Feather!”
When Clara was done stretching she walked up to Katey and nuzzled her head against her friend’s side, tail curling up in the air and purring softly.
“Was it just my imagination or did I hear something about ice cream?”

Clara peeks at Ace’s shocked face, still sitting on his shoulder. His flinching when she landed on him hadn’t gotten past her. Also not the fact his eyes had widened when he heard her talking.
Tilting her head to the side, she starts talking in a slightly amused voice.
“What’s wrong? Surprised that I’m able to talk?”

Clara looked back at the stranger when she heard the applause and an amused grin played around her lips at the words directed to her.
“Well, if I minded you listening to my music, I would have stopped playing. On the contrary, I’m glad you like it, stranger. Thank you.”
After a short pause she added, raising an eyebrow: “Do you mind hearing another one?”
He wiggled a piece of raw meat in front of the cat while eyeing her curiously.

Clara’s green eyes drifted from Michi to the piece of meat in his hand. She had to admit that she was curious about it. Having obtained her devil fruit at a very young age, its cat-like traits had merged with her character, so it was a given to her to act like a cat most times. And that included hunting and eating raw meat.
Animal instincts prevailing, her body moved fast as lightning as she dashed forward, easily snatching the meat away from the man’s hand. Oh, but she wasn’t going to be rude. Another lightning fast movement with her haki coated claws and the meat was neatly divided in two even pieces. Clara pulled one piece towards her and then looked at the man.
“One for me, one for you! Don’t think I wasn’t going to share!”

When theelevator abruptly stopped and seemed like he didn’t want to move anymore, Claralet out a huff. It seemed that she was stuck. With another woman, a Captainapparently, so at least she didn’t have to kill time in here alone.
With asigh, she sat down onto the ground and looked at the other person.
“Seems like we’ll have to wait until that stupidmetal box here finally decides to move again. Do you have any idea what wecould do to kill some time, Miss?”
She knew thatwasn’t exactly the appropriate way to act and talk in front of someone with ahigher rank, but being stuck in an elevator sure played its toll on her mood. Therefore shewasn’t going to hold her loose tongue in this kind of situation.
