When I’m feeling depressed so I put on Clara’s diner to feel worse
I feel like Butch Lesbian Clark Kent is the girl who ran around with dual braids holding a fat orange cat and who did 4H with hay in her hair.
She strictly wears pants cause it’s easier to climb things and she is that girl who punched out the bully down the street for trying to get fresh with his girlfriend who didn’t want him to.
Smallville still talks about Clark getting caught kissing said girl a week later.
As Superman she looks the same, no skirt at all. It’s impractical she complains whenever it gets brought up.
(Kara likes to point out her skirt isn’t an issue, but will also back up Clark who just doesn’t like skirts)
Clark 100% doesn’t have issues about how she looks because Ma and Pa rock. Ma herself punched a church lady saying they should send Clark to a conversion camp. Pa took pictures.
Also it’s just Superman. It’s not Superwoman. Clark does not give a fuck. She’s a woman, she loves herself, she’s tried the whole guy thing ones didn’t like it and it’s fine.
She would have leaned into the thing if it wasn’t for the fact her suit got ripped once and her sports bra showed. That was a scandal.
Poll Time For Chapter 1
So, hello guys I just release Chapter 1 yesterday and I want to know your thoughts on the Chapter and so that I might know what I will write for Chapter 2. So below are a lot of Polls and I decide against on doing a RO poll because I already know who will win.
Lucian being so bland.
Lucian: Hey!
Me: Sorry buddy but I will try my best to make you better in Chapter 2.
Without further ado, the Polls.
Which RO Got You Interested From Garett's Story?
Lucas(A duel as a date? Hell Yeah!
Clara(A princess, charmer and duelist? Give me, GIVE IT TO ME!)
Sketch I did before bed! Here's Mikey in his "I am angry and the only way I can think to deal with this is beat up people" I think he was actually doing pretty well for himself mostly just beating up street level criminals and trying to figure out what his dad was up to... Then he totally overestimated his ability to go and save his sister and genuinely thought he could best Gotham's worst villain with a baseball bat and attitude-
I lovb himm💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕sjahsu💕💕💕💕qhshs💕💕💕hqbb
I’m imagining him hitting Bruce with his bat like Jason did when he was stealing the Batmobiles tires :.)
On the meaning of the ost title “Clara”
Listen, that might be useless or silly, or it has been talked about before, but I’ve thought a lot about Clara’s OST title: why is it called “Clara?”- note the “?”. Because putting ponctuation on an OST title is a deliberate choice, right ? I’m not saying anything smart here but I’ll still say it. I see three different interpretations behind that choice - personal interpretations of why it makes sense to put a question mark behind Clara’s name. Also my English is bad, sorry.
1. It refers to another character’s OST. And of course I mean the Doctor - the Twelth Doctor. His OST is called “A Good Man?”. It also has a question mark, so it seems obvious. And what both these title can refer to, is the moment when Twelve asks Clara: “Am I a good man?”. So what he’s asking is: “Am I a good man, Clara?” The two themes complete each other, just like both characters do to each other. Which makes sense too: now that the Doctor has to find out who he is, who’s going to be with him? Who is here to remind him of what’s important (remember his conversation with Me)? It’s Clara, his current companion.
2. It refers to Clara’s multiple lives, the versions of her that Eleven met. So that would be the question Eleven asks himself, everytime he meets her: “Who is she? Who is Clara Oswald?”. The question mark therefore underlines the fact that she’s the “Impossible Girl”, a mystery even to the Doctor.
3. Finally, the title makes even more sense at the end of her story. Like it was all set up. After the Doctor forgets her, he meets her again at the “bar” (the TARDIS), and he does not recognize her. “Clara?” now refers to the fact he’s looking for her, because he’s unable to remember anything about her, except for her name. It’s him, forgetting her. And it also refers to the song he’s playing, Clara’s theme, on his guitare, and when Clara asks what’s the song’s called, he answers: “I think it is called... Clara.” It’s a direct reference to that title.
As you can see, it’s just a question mark, but it’s an important one - it is a symbole of the path she has crossed alongside with the Doctor. It’s literally a part of her identity and progress.
Twelve being triggered by the mention of Clara (from Doctors Assemble)
