Clara Dalton is 26 years old and comes from Madison, Wisconsin. She currently works as the kindergarten teacher for Elsie Whitlow Stokes PCS and is said to bare a resemblance to Lily Reinhart.

Her Motive:
Clara was last seen fighting with her father at the start of the event. The reason for the argument was unknown but this was not the first time that she was seen arguing with her father. She stormed off right before the explosion.
Her Alibi:
Clara was at the event on July 4th. After a fight with her father, she stormed out of the building. She was standing outside when the explosion went off.
Her Connection:
Clara is connected to President Thomas Dalton. She is his daughter. She has also known Adam Cooley since her father became the president. He became like an uncle to her in the short period of time since her father was elected.
Testimony: I cannot believe that someone would do such a horrible thing. I know history repeats itself but I never expected that it would happen to us...to my family.
Secret: Although she seems perfect to the world, Clara actually struggles with a lot of personal demons. She is constantly anxious about keeping appearances and being America’s perfect daughter. She also struggles with anger and aggression that is getting harder for her to hide. She knows there is a darkness in her and needs to keep that hidden from the public eye.
