Damn okay I'm going do the ranking thing since it's more fun

1° season 1

Everything is so new, they are all cute, the "villain of the week" format is actually fun to watch as a passtime, they give me so much ground to work on fanfiction wise and I'm all here for it

2° season 3

This one is because I'm biased and clex and Lionel & Lex peaked here, it's the season we see they actually being best friends, although their relationship is already straining, I love how the main plot is to take down Lionel and Shattered/Asylum/Memoria are the best Lex episodes in the series

3° season 8

Yes Lex is not there anymore (although he gets mentioned) but season 8 gives me season 1 vibes u know... They start anew and it feels so FRESH, clois finally starts to happen for real after they became close friends in s7, the side plots are fun and there's a lot of good Clark moments too, also I like Davis and Chloe/Davis so

4° season 2

They're still small and cute and Lex is trying his best and Clark is angsting over his heritage 10/10 also Heat gives me canon clex I don't take criticism

5° season 4

The filler season to me but still pretty fun, lots of cracky storylines (Lana the witch???) and honestly I was never as happy as when I finally saw Lois arrive in the show

6° season 5

Chloe stole this season for me and honestly seeing her develop like that was very fun! I love the chlark there and they ending kissing in the finale felt right to me, I love how lexana develops in this season too. Also I think Brainiac is incredibly sexy. But then we have all the clex breakup drama and I'm biased towards him so

7° season 7

At this point I was DONE with Smallville and so was everyone and it was OBVIOUS but it does give me some nice clex episodes and I'm very biased, but like why is this season so boriiiiiiiing oh my God it was almost impossible to pull through

8° season 10

This feels unfair to me because I do like season 10, I like how soft clois is in here, how Clark feels so very *Clark* but the plot was all over the place and it feels like a 2nd season 7 to me where everyone just wants this to end already

9° season 9

Again, I love clois here, I love how they did the Clark - Blur - Lois triangle but I just can't stand Zod I can't stand the overall plot I was bored out of my mind when clois wasn't in the screen and I just wanted to get to s10 already

10° season 6

Die.

you’ve probably been asked this question before but I’m curious; how did you get into comics/Adam? and do you read things other than just cosmic stuff? <3

I was really into manga growing up (still am) and I'd read some various Marvel/DC comics as a kid but as I remember it back in 2011 I got obsessed with X-Men: First Class for a bit LOL which led me into the Marvel/comics fandom properly... Originally I was really into Thor comics actually (I STILL LOVE THOR) but at some point in late 2011/early 2012 I got influenced by an old mutual (now deactivated but they gave me this url 🫡💔) to read the Annihilation Saga. Obviously I fell in looove with GOTG and Cosmic Marvel there, then Avengers 2012 came out with the Thanos cameo and I was like Hmm I need to know more about this guy. So I started reading every Thanos comic chronologically which naturally included Adam as well and now I'm incurably insane over them. Hate to say it but this is all kinda the MCU's fault.

I used to keep up with various releases every week at one point but then I got so pissed off at Bendis/Aaron/Hickman/Marvel shitting all over GOTG/Thanos from like 2012->forward I lost faith in the company as a whole and stopped checking in. I really only actively keep up with the cosmic side of things nowadays but I do read other stuff occasionally, especially if I hear people rave about it enough lol.

if thanos and adam listened to music what kind do you think they would like?

I actually think King Crimson/Adrian Belew is a pretty solid pick for Adam by James Gunn lol, I love when adaptions lean into him liking rock music because of his glamrock costumes in the comics + his Counter-Earth days were inspired by the Jesus Christ Superstar musical so 60/70/80s rock definitely feels like something he'd be into. Some punk/psychadelic/gospel/folk influences sprinkled in... I also think he'd like jazzy/orchestral/operatic type stuff in particular 🤔 Queen, David Bowie, Electric Light Orchestra, Led Zeppelin, Grace Slick, Eloy, Quicksilver Messenger Service, The Electric Prunes, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Ghost, Apocalyptica, Stratovarius, Will Wood, Oingo Boingo, Dead Man's Bones, Starbenders, Rosegarden Funeral Party, King Dude, The Eagle Rock Gospel Singers, Amigo the Devil... Etc.

Thanos... They have very similar tastes in everything but I think he'd lean more into heavy metal/emo/industrial music. Oldschool love songs are very Thanos-coded to me too but! Nine Inch Nails, Slipknot, Tool, Judas Priest, Overkill, Heathen, Powerwolf, Archives, Spiritbox, Death, Rob Zombie, Lordi, Nightwish, HIM, Angelfish, Depeche Mode, Gazelle Twin, Slowdive, Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds... Debated not including it but I just know deep in my heart he would also unironically love Evanescence.

I'm sure they'd like classical music too but I know nothing about it so I've got no idea where to even start on that front. My roommate @niennasapprentice suggested Erlkönig though and I trust her judgement... It's a nice song. 🫡

here are a few!

#cute first date ideas: fighting together. nita's idea. rich goes with it — and also gets his ass hopelessly kicked during it, because he's head over heels and he can't stop staring at her like a fool. he never lives this down.

rich insists on paying for them every time they go out, because his mama raised him to be a gentleman! but of course he's broke af, which means their dates are limited to... the burger joint where he's working at that time. which means he's sitting down with her right after his shift ends, still in his work uniform. nita thinks it's kind of cute (though she'd never tell him even upon pain of death), so it's fine by her.

they do, at one point, go to coney island together. even rich, a long island native who's long become disenchanted with the place, has a renewed love of it while he's watching nita have fun — and also beat him at every single carnival game.

their special place, though, ends up being one of the lesser-known long island beaches rich and his family went to a lot when he was a kid. nita tells him all about her family/atlantis/etc. while they let the ocean waves gently wash over their feet.

(after nita went away for a while, rich would often go to this spot and wait for hours, watching the water to see if she would somehow magically reappear. nita went there frequently all the years rich was gone and presumed "dead". but that's neither fun nor cute so we're putting that one in parentheses.)
