Congratulations Clark University Lacrosse on your huge win tonight! The Cougars beat the MIT Engineers (11-10) for the first time ever in school history.

This afternoon the cafeteria featured a special dish from Sol of Mexico. The collaboration was an exciting way to try some local Worcester cuisine and diversify the typical lunch fare.

I may have had a side view of the stage, but International Gala was memorable as always! For 15 years, the event has featured performances from approximately 30 countries and regions each year. The final flag ceremony was my personal highlight of the evening. Watch the full show here.

Today I clandestinely snapped this photo of our Spanish class’s activity. We just started a chapter on “Citizens of the World.” Together we pinpointed the homes of our ancestors, sharing stories of immigration along the way. Every single student had a tale to tell, and it was really refreshing to learn more about my peers. I appreciated the casual celebration of diversity.
