Today is the day Grover the carder came into my life 🤗🤗🤗 And here is my first batt. 100% for personal use, in case anyone is wondering why I'm creating batts when I'm on sick leave 👍 This is 70/30 merino silk I dyed, and it's all turned out WAY better than I thought it would 😍 I expected my first batt to be a disaster! (My fingers *are* a disaster. A few open wounds. And I don't know how I've ended up with so many scratches on my nails?! Good job I'm not a nails person, not bothered 😂🤷♂️). But I now have 119g of cloudy silky fluffy heaven. I might even feel well enough to now SPIN IT too.
