This is the project for my Classics major friend! We met online for lunch one day in first year, and the rest, as they say, is history.
I have never in my life met someone with stronger convictions, and I mean that in the best way. She truly believes in things and people, and absolutely gets excited about them. About six months ago she found the Larry 1D conspiracy theories, and has since convinced about half of our friend group that they are true. She self-describes as belligerent, and loves to curse. This needlepoint seemed apropos for her.
I found the first image online here, and copied it onto blank canvas. Unfortunately, I missed two stitches, so it is not yet finished. When it is, it’ll probably be a pillow.
